Assuming you take proper care of your teeth, our dental work is guaranteed through an industry standard warranty of 1 year for porcelain work and 3 years for implants. This ensures work is properly manufactured and installed. In the rare case of an issue, we will redo the work for free. We will not pay for return airfare or hotel. We will not reimburse work done by another dentist. Guarantee does not apply to composite veneers.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept US dental insurance in Colombia. However, you may be eligible for direct reimbursement from your insurance company. We recommend speaking with your insurance provider in advance to determine your coverage options. We can provide you with an itemized receipt to assist with your reimbursement process.

We currently do not offer any payment plans.

Upon your arrival in Cali, before the start of any dental procedures, we will provide you with an invoice for payment of 70% of your treatment cost.  The remaining balance will be charged after your treatment is completed, and you are satisfied with the results. If your treatment requires multiple trips, you will only be charged for the dental care provided during each visit. Our payment process is designed to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the cost of your dental care and that you are only billed for the services you receive in US Dollars.

Similar to the best dentists in your home country, we use high-quality dental products from top American and European manufacturers such as Biohorizons, Zimmer Biomet, and Straumann. Our commitment to using top-quality materials ensures that our patients receive the best possible dental care.

To confirm your booking and ensure that your treatment dates can be scheduled based on your needs, you will be required to make a payment of 70% of the package price prior to your arrival. As we work with several different suppliers, it is important that we settle the payment with them before your scheduled arrival to avoid any delays or complications.

Before your treatment starts, you’ll need to pay 70% of the total cost. After the treatment is done and you’re happy with the results, you’ll pay the remaining 30%. The discount you got will be taken off the last 30% payment.
